WFPL is a member of the MSAD 40 Consortium and patrons of member libraries may borrow materials from other member libraries. Other Consortium libraries include Friendship, Union, Waldoboro, and Washington.
We have four desktop computers available for patrons to use and provide WiFi access. There is also black ink printer/copier available for a small per page fee of .10 each. The Library does not have a fax machine, however the Town office does.
You may renew library items that you have checked out by going to the Contact Us page.
Can’t find a book that you want at WFPL? We can borrow it from another library that does via inter-library loans. Talk to a librarian and we’ll let you know when it comes in. You will have to pay return postage to the lending library. We will not interlibrary loan DVD’s.
We have purple trash bags for sale for the Warren Transfer Station Bags are $6.25 for 5 Town trash Bags. You can get them from the librarian at the circulation desk.
The library has (non-private) space available for small groups to use. Contact the Library for more information. Please note, if there is a program scheduled the program takes precedence.
The Library only excepts good condition used books once a year May-June leading up to our Book Sale the same day as Warren Day. Please do not leave books after hours as they may get damaged by weather.
